Julian Goduci is a published author, lecturer, and business consultant for the past 35 years. He has been a consultant in the healthcare industry for over 27 years and in doing so, he has become well-known for his expertise in business operations and growth strategies, healthcare practice management, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, IT managed services, and medical waste management.
After 16 years in telecommunication sales/sales management with companies like MCI, and Qwest Communications, Julian decided to leave the telecom industry and join Safety Compliance Services, LLC, a healthcare compliance consulting firm as a Sales Executive and later as their Regional Sales Manager.
In late 1999, he decided to leave the corporate world and founded Enviromerica, Inc. as a healthcare consulting firm. Currently located in San Rafael, CA, EnviroMerica has served the healthcare community for over 24 years and in 2009, he added medical waste transportation and management, HIPAA compliance, and IT managed services to its compliance program.
Julian and his team of experts have helped thousands of healthcare professionals by simplifying their business operations and healthcare compliance tasks required by OSHA, HHS (HIPAA), licensing boards, EPA, DOT, and accreditation with JCAHO, AAAHC, AAAASF, IMQ, CLIA and COLA. He has also provided numerous training courses, inspections, and implementation of regulatory requirements for thousands of business owners.
In late 2012 Julian developed and launched his own state-of-the-art interactive compliance web application, EnviroPortal™, offering its services online nationwide. This unique tool automated and simplified these daunting compliance tasks utilizing web intelligence and AI.
